Please ensure you are following the Covid-19 Safe Plan:
This should include:
- Adherence to the “Covid-19 POD process” (refer procedure)
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing regimes for office, cool room and trucks
- Ensure high risk areas are cleaned more frequently i.e. door handles, lunchroom, taps
- Limit usage of shared facilities-Maintain social distancing at all times-Usage of masks as legislated
- Segregation of staff
Please also ensure you are reporting any issues to your Distributor Business Manager.
This should include:
- Staff absenteeism
- Staff exhibiting high temperature or flu like symptoms
If any staff have high temperature recordings, have flu like symptoms or come into contact with any confirmed covid-19infected person(s), they must be tested for Covid-19, remain isolated and not come to work until they receive clearance.
