What if I am asked to have a medical or provide referees?
Medicals and reference checks are part of the recruitment and selection process for candidates who have reached this stage of the process but it does not mean you have the job. There may be other candidates who have reached this stage too and a decision will be made once we have assessed all information.
When can I expect to hear about my application?
When you apply you should receive a response automatically, advising that we have received your application and will be in touch within 2 weeks of the closing date, should you be successful in being selected for interview. Is it important that I have all the skills listed in the ad?
If the skills are listed as essential you must have them to be successful in being selected for interview. If the skills are listed as desirable they will help your application but are not a prerequisite.
When will you contact my referees?
We will seek your approval before any referees are contacted. This will usually take place after your second interview.
