Dairy farming families are a vital component to the success of the Lactalis Australia business, and in 2014 Lactalis Australia sourced milk from over 680 farms across Australia. Lactalis Australia fosters long term relationships with its farming partners – with many of these supply arrangements being longer than 20 years in duration.

Our regionally-located Field Service officers maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and provides support and advice relating to farm income estimates, finance, milk quality and farm practices including nutrition, feed and animal care.

Lactalis Australia also continues to have an active involvement in the farming community – for example sponsoring events such as the Nowra Show, the Australian Wife Carrying Completion at the Singleton Show, the Hunter Holstein Show, the Taree Regional Show, the Robertson Regional Show and the Holstein Show.
